Our Claims Philosophy
When you have a claim, we feel it is our opportunity to show you just how good our service really is. We will do everything possible to provide you with fast and professional claims service. In many cases, we are able to cut a check to you right away. Other situations require an adjuster, who will be your main contact from start to finish. In all cases, we promise to work hard to indemnify you and your family.

PAY AT OUR OFFICE
Any payment for any policy written with us can be paid at our office. You can either mail it in or stop by during our normal business hours. In most cases we can apply your payment right away. For your convenience, payment plans can be changed mid-term at your request.

We offer premium financing at great rates for medium to large commercial policies.
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER – AVOID THE INSTALLMENT FEE!
For personal and many commercial policies, ask us about Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which allows you to pay your insurance over the year with no fees.
