When you have a claim, we feel it is our opportunity to show you just how good our service really is. We will do everything possible to provide you with fast and professional claims service.
INFORMATION ON FILING A CLAIM
Please keep in mind that every claim is different.

Ohio Mutual
If you have an Ohio Mutual Insurance policy, contact us during regular business hours. If we are closed and you need assistance right away, call 888-895-7725 or Visit The Ohio Mutual Insurance Website. You may also begin a claim by logging in to your 360access account or through the OMIG Smartphone App.
Westfield
If you have a Westfield Insurance policy, call 800-243-0210 or Visit The Westfield Insurance Website. You may also begin a claim by logging in to your MyWestfield Insurance account.
Progressive
If you have a Progressive Insurance policy, call 800-776-4737 or Visit The Progressive Insurance Website. You may also begin a claim by logging in to your Progressive account or through the Progressive Smartphone App.
If you have a policy that is written through any other company, contact us during regular business hours. In most cases the writing company’s claim number can be found on your policy.
Payments
PAY AT OUR OFFICE
Any payment for any policy written with us can be paid at our office. You can either mail it in or stop by during our normal business hours. In most cases we can apply your payment right away. For your convenience, payment plans can be changed mid-term at your request.

- Westfield Insurance policyholders may Visit Westfield Insurance to Pay Your Bill, call 1-800-243-0210, or log in to your mywestfield account.
- Travelers Insurance policyholders may Visit Travelers Insurance to Pay Your Bill, call 1-800-252-2268, or log in to your Travelers account.
- Selective Insurance policyholders may Visit Selective Insurance to Pay Your Bill, call 1-888-974-7400, or log in to your MySelective account.
- If you have a policy that is with Hartford Livestock or your premium is financed, contact us during regular business hours.
PREMIUM FINANCING
We offer premium financing at great rates for medium to large commercial policies.
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER – MOST AVOID THE INSTALLMENT FEE!
For personal and many commercial policies, ask us about Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which allows you to pay your insurance over the year with no fees in most cases.
